1. Introduction

AffiliateBot ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use our website (affiliatebot.my) and the AffiliateBot Google Chrome extension (the "Extension").

The Extension has a single purpose: to automate the workflow of creating TikTok affiliate content — reading product details you ask it to read, generating AI images and videos, and posting them to your own TikTok account.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: Your name and email address when you register. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) and are never stored in readable form.
  • License information: Your license key, subscription plan, status and expiry date. The Extension sends your license key and a randomly generated profile ID (not a hardware or device fingerprint) to our server to verify your subscription.
  • Website content you process: When you run a job, the Extension reads the product page you chose (product URL, title, images, category and description) and sends the job record and product history to our server so it appears in your dashboard.
  • AI prompts and images: If you use our built-in AI credits, the prompts and product images needed to generate your content are sent through our server to the AI provider. If you enter your own AI API key, prompts go directly from your browser to that provider and we only record usage metadata (model, token counts, success or error) — not the prompt text.
  • Diagnostic logs: When a job fails, the Extension uploads a diagnostic log so we can fix the problem. The log contains the automation steps, the URLs, status codes and timings of network requests on the automated pages (no request headers or bodies), short labels of the elements that were clicked, and error messages. It does not contain cookies, passwords, or full page content, and values that look like tokens, sessions or license keys are redacted.
  • Remote support sessions: Only if you press the support button in the Extension and our team approves the session, a support agent can view the automated tab (including screenshots) and operate it to diagnose your issue. This never starts without your action.
  • Generated videos: If the video compiler feature is used, your generated video clips are uploaded to our compiler server to be joined into one video, which is then downloaded back to your browser.
  • Payment information: Payments are processed by our payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card or online-banking credentials; we keep the transaction reference, amount and status. If you pay manually, we keep the proof of payment you send us.

3. Information That Stays On Your Device

The following is stored only in your browser (Chrome Storage and IndexedDB) and is never transmitted to us: your own AI API keys, your Extension settings and job queue, generated images and videos (unless the video compiler is used, see above), and the TikTok / Google Flow login cookies that the multi-account feature saves so you can switch between your own accounts. We have no access to this local data.

The Extension does not collect your browsing history, location, health information, financial account details, or personal communications.

4. How We Use Information

  • To verify your license and provide the Extension's features
  • To show your jobs, products and videos in your dashboard
  • To meter AI credit usage
  • To diagnose failures and provide customer support
  • To process payments and send service-related notifications

We do not use your data for advertising, for creditworthiness or lending purposes, or for any purpose unrelated to the Extension's single purpose.

5. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not transfer it to third parties except the service providers needed to operate the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (hosting), our payment gateway, and — only for content you ask the Extension to generate — the AI provider that produces it (for example OpenAI, Google or OpenRouter). We may also disclose information where required by law.

The use of information received by the Extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Storage, Retention and Security

Account and dashboard data is stored in Supabase. Data is transmitted over HTTPS, database access is protected with Row Level Security, and API requests are authenticated. Diagnostic logs are kept only as long as needed for troubleshooting and old logs are deleted automatically on a schedule. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request.

  • Prompt dan imej AI: Jika anda menggunakan kredit AI terbina, prompt dan imej produk yang diperlukan untuk menjana kandungan dihantar melalui pelayan kami kepada penyedia AI. Jika anda memasukkan API key AI anda sendiri, prompt dihantar terus dari pelayar anda kepada penyedia tersebut dan kami hanya merekod metadata penggunaan (model, kiraan token, berjaya atau ralat) — bukan teks prompt.
  • Log diagnostik: Apabila job gagal, Extension memuat naik log diagnostik supaya kami boleh membaiki masalah. Log mengandungi langkah automasi, URL, kod status dan tempoh permintaan rangkaian pada halaman yang diautomasi (tanpa header atau isi permintaan), label ringkas elemen yang diklik, dan mesej ralat. Ia tidak mengandungi cookies, kata laluan, atau kandungan penuh halaman; nilai yang menyerupai token, sesi atau license key disunting keluar.

Kami tidak menggunakan data anda untuk pengiklanan, penilaian kredit atau pinjaman, atau apa-apa tujuan yang tidak berkaitan dengan tujuan tunggal Extension.

5. Perkongsian dan Pihak Ketiga

Kami tidak menjual atau menyewa maklumat anda, dan tidak memindahkannya kepada pihak ketiga kecuali penyedia perkhidmatan yang diperlukan untuk mengendalikan perkhidmatan: Supabase (pangkalan data dan pengesahan), Cloudflare (pengehosan), gerbang pembayaran kami, dan — hanya untuk kandungan yang anda minta Extension jana — penyedia AI yang menghasilkannya (contohnya OpenAI, Google atau OpenRouter). Log diagnostik disimpan hanya selama diperlukan untuk penyelesaian masalah dan log lama dipadam secara automatik mengikut jadual. Data akaun disimpan selagi akaun anda aktif dan dipadam atas permintaan.

  • Meminta penghapusan akaun dan data berkaitan
  • Membatalkan langganan pada bila-bila masa
  • Membuang semua data tempatan dengan menyahpasang Extension
